2nd Annual NW Hip Hop Parade Troop Presented by 206 Zulu Umoja Parade & Festival 2008 Calling All Leading Edge Sponsors: 206 Zulu, Seattle’s premier community-based Hip Hop organization invites you to become a partner as we celebrate the 2nd Annual NW Hip Hop Parade Troop. 206 Zulu provides the community with quality educational resources, creative space for artists and an expansive volunteer network of organizers, dedicated to the self-empowerment of society. Riding on the success of the first parade troop, this highly anticipated event will be promoted widely on local and national levels. We will be utilizing our resources with street teams, social organizations, media outlets, companies, and individuals to produce an event that attracts an audience comprised of many demographics. The estimated attendance for the parade and festival is 5,000 people. The attendees of the event fall into various age groups since this is an intergenerational family festival, but a majority of those who are most impacted by the parade troop fall between the ages of 8-15. Your leading edge company will have a prime opportunity to promote your product and relay your message to a population that is typically hard to reach.
